LOVE TO RUN? WANT TO BE PART OF SOMETHING NEW IN 2018?

We are looking for runners to be part of the new EVENTS OF THE NORTH AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME and we need you!
The team at Events of the North are looking for 2 10K, and 2 Half marathon runners to be part of this very special new project #EOTNambassador for Sunderland City Run on May 13th.

Ambassadors will receive:
·         free entry to the race
·         a bespoke training tshirt
·         access to closed Facebook and Strava Groups
·         training talk monthly online chats
·         access to a one off “Meet the experts” day
·         a bespoke training plan from our resident running coach
·         5 discounted entries for your friends
·         a place on all of the Start Me Up training runs
·         much much more

In return for your place on this fabulous programme, all we ask from you is
·         a monthly blog or vlog to track your progress
·         your total commitment to the event
·         race in your #EOTNambassador2018 vest on the day
·         regular tags on your social media profiles

The ambassador programme is open to ALL LEVELS OF ABILITY, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced runner targeting a PB in 2018.

DS Media + Events is the brainchild of Steve Cram, who heads a team who have extensive experience in event organisation, delivery and marketing of major sporting events, as well as broadcasting and the media. Steve, former international athlete, World Record holder and Olympic medallist is also director of Extra Mile, which has acted as consultant to numerous major running events such as the Bristol Half Marathon, Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All and has organised the elite road races at the Middlesbrough 10K.
